Prentiss Gilliam (Farmer P) Founder
Prentiss Gilliam, affectionately known as Farmer P, is a visionary in the world of organic agriculture, boasting over 25 years of hands-on experience. As the innovative force behind Noble Shungite Farms, Farmer P has not only operated one of Georgia's first completely organic farms but has also become an encyclopedic resource for sustainable farming practices. His pioneering spirit and dedication to organic living have established him as a trusted mentor to aspiring farmers across the nation.
Farmer P’s commitment to community empowerment is unmatched. Through his teachings, he has guided countless individuals, equipping them with the tools to create self-sustaining livelihoods in agriculture. His work at Noble Shungite Farms embodies his passion for education, blending innovative agricultural techniques with a deep-rooted mission to uplift communities. Tamorya (Thrd) Co - Founder
Thrd’s agricultural journey began at age 2 when his grandmother, Louise Jones, handed him a flower in a shot glass sparking a lifelong connection to the land. Later, while spending time with his other grandparents, Dora Mae and IJ Turner, on their farm in Reynolds, GA, he absorbed the values of self-reliance and hard work. He also learned about composting and the vital bond between people and nature.
Carrying the legacy of his family's values, including the influence of Brown T—who’s connected with Malcolm X—Thrd understands the importance of resilience and community. These life experiences led him on his journey as an entrepreneur at the age of 21 when he sought guidance from his uncle, who gave him $25 to start his first business by introducing him to flower arranging. Purchasing his products in Little Five Points he connected with his friend Boba Soul who owns a farm by helping him prepare land for food production while Boba Soul focused on raising animals. During this journey, he met Farmer P and began collaborating to create A1 compost, which later contributed to the vision behind Noble Shunghite Farms.
Today, as a co-visionary of Noble Shunghite Farms (NSF), Thrd merges organic farming, education, and respect for the land to cultivate a space where healing, nature, and community thrive. He dedicates his efforts to women, children, and anyone seeking a hand up. Guided by the spirit of his ancestors, Thrd envisions NSF as a sanctuary for reconnecting with the land, finding healing, and living authentically, embodying peace, positivity, and empowerment for future generations.
Felidia Maddi (Lady Felidia) Chief Operating Officer
Lady Felidia, Chief Operating Officer of Noble Shungite Farms Inc., is a dynamic agricultural leader with a diverse background in education, advocacy, and community development. Born and raised in Jamaica, Queens, with deep family roots in southeast Georgia, she has been driven by a lifelong passion for service, which she has applied in her various roles ranging from educator and cancer patient advocate to urban farmer, end-of-life doula, and author. Each of these experiences has deepened her commitment to building resilient, self-sustaining communities.
As the founder of Hawk Innovations Training, LLC, Lady Felidia has redefined education by focusing on sustainable agriculture. Collaborating with Agricultures United, a nonprofit connecting urban and rural farmers, she is developing a global network of resources and opportunities that empower individuals through hands-on agricultural practices and sustainable farming methods.
Her dedication to nurturing the next generation is reflected in her volunteer work at The Boyce L. Ansley School, where she teaches aquaponics and urban farming. By fostering practical, experiential learning, she helps students understand the critical link between personal growth and the natural world.
As COO of Noble Shungite Farms, Lady Felidia leads with a clear vision of unity, education, and collaboration as the foundation of sustainable agricultural change. Her leadership focuses on building stronger, more resilient communities and empowering future generations to embrace sustainable farming and self-reliance. Under her guidance, Noble Shungite Farms continues to serve as a hub for agricultural innovation, learning, and connection, inspiring others to cultivate deeper relationships with the land and with each other.
LaTonia Thomas (Empress Asheen) President
LaTonia Thomas, also known as Empress Asheen, serves as President of Noble Shungite Farms Inc., where her exceptional communication skills drive the farm’s growth and impact. With over a decade of experience in communications, business development, and a passion for sustainable agriculture, Asheen connects stakeholders, partners, and the community to advance the farm’s mission. She collaborates with founder Farmer P, co-founder Thrd, and COO Lady Felidia to cultivate an organic, regenerative farm that nurtures soil health, promotes biodiversity, and demonstrates a deep commitment to environmental stewardship.
More than a place to grow food, Noble Shungite Farms is a hub for innovation, education, and holistic wellness. Under Asheen’s guidance, the farm offers hands-on workshops and programs to inspire future farmers with the skills needed for sustainable living. Asheen’s passion for holistic wellness aligns with NSF’s eco-friendly mission, as she crafts farm-based products like tinctures, salves, and body butters—promoting personal health alongside earth care.
In addition to her work at NSF, Asheen founded American Medical Logistics LLC, bridging agriculture and wellness by sourcing healing products directly from local farmers. Her efforts ensure communities have access to essential medical and wellness supplies, reinforcing the powerful connection between agriculture and health.
Together with Farmer P, Thrd, and Lady Felidia, Asheen is leading NSF toward a future where sustainable farming and wellness empower communities to become more self-sufficient, knowledgeable, and resilient. Their shared vision, rooted in environmental stewardship and community growth, makes Noble Shungite Farms a beacon of sustainable agriculture and holistic care.
