With over 25 years of farming experience, Farmer P is a wealth of knowledge about agriculture! As the operator of one of Georgia’s first fully organic farms, he has empowered countless individuals to thrive through careers in sustainable farming.
Noble Shunghite Farms is located at 4037 Fairburn Ave, Atlanta, GA 30331. We need volunteers on Tuesdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 2 PM to help keep our mission alive!

Meet Jasmine Herndon: Chemist, Gardener, and Healer
Jasmine Herndon is not only passionate about growing food and sharing knowledge, but she also uses her skills as a chemist to create natural healing products that nourish both the inside and outside of the body.
Through her work at Healing Hipster Farms, she’s committed to making the world a better place, one plant and one person at a time. Jasmine also hosts hands-on gardening classes and shares tips for sustainable growing, always with the goal of leaving the Earth better than she found it.
Want to lend a hand? Healing Hipster Farms is accepting volunteers any day that fits your schedule—just give Jasmine a 24-hour heads-up (weekend drop-ins might work, too!).

Join Us for an Unforgettable Harvest TribesGiving Dinner!
Celebrate the abundance of the season with a vibrant outdoor event centered around authenticity, learning, and community connection. This family-friendly gathering welcomes everyone—with children encouraged to participate—to embrace the spirit of the harvest through meaningful activities and nourishing experiences.
Throughout the day, enjoy a variety of immersive offerings:
- Foraging walks to reconnect with the land
- Optional yoga, resonant breathwork, and soul-enriching drum circles
- Ancestral storytelling, seed sharing, and planting activities to deepen our bonds with the Earth
- Spoken-word performances that stir the soul with themes of unity, harvest, and renewal
As evening falls, gather around the bonfire for an inspiring spoken word showcase, followed by a farm-to-table community dinner. This communal feast will feature locally sourced ingredients from partnering farms, celebrating the flavors of the season while honoring the efforts of our growers.
This event goes beyond food—it's a celebration of shared knowledge and community spirit. With resources, music, storytelling, and family-friendly activities, the Harvest TribesGiving Dinner offers a space to connect, learn, and grow together.
